Offer-Up was A nightmare for me to try and use. I Take REMOVED THE APP FROM MY PHONE AND WILL NEVER Employ Information technology AGAIN. It seems to exist a scam or like others said a Malfunctioning App.
-I wanted to make a local purchase. I put the app on my phone. Made an offer on an item, only the app wouldn't work for me to complete the purchase. I sent several emails to the company request for help to complete the transaction. I received Admittedly No assistance or response emails from the company. -- Then I was sent an Electronic mail saying I violated their terms & conditions & my acct was suspended. I sent several more emails asking for help from the visitor. As I did nothing wrong, I was just attempting to use the site as a buyer and the site wasn't responing. I have received Cipher aid or response from Offer-Up. Then I deleted the from my phone.
Fortunately for me the seller of the item I wanted listed it under another well known local website & I was able to contact the seller directly and purchase the particular in person from them.
-On the Sellers Side they told me they never received communication from the Offer-Up App that I made an offer on the item or that I was interested in purchasing the detail.

This app and visitor is a ripoff. They mislead yous into promoting your list, so even after you lot delete the item or mark information technology sold (my truck sold on Craigslist), they bill you for a subscription so tell you that there is nothing they can exercise.
